Monica (she/they) is a visual artist dedicated to using art to question the contexts in which we operate and to illuminate the beauty and nuance that lies within and between cultures. She strives to create thoughtful pieces using symbols and abstraction to tell stories of heritage and culture.
Her work has been exhibited at the Kirkland Arts Center, the Center on Contemporary Art, Cherry Street Center and SOMArts Gallery in San Francisco, CA.
In 2022, she moved to Berlin, Germany.
